Using Floral to Compliment Your Design

  • entryways are the perfect place for a plant. it gives a sense of welcoming to you, your family and your guests.
  • Say you have two empty corners in a room. You can visually fill one with a nice tall lamp, and the other with a tall plant. It will make that corner come to life.
  • This is pretty obvious = Dining tables, coffee tables, end tables, entry tables, sofa tables, the list is almost endless.
  • Your mantle is a great place to place a plant. It usually is the focal point of the room and a plant would look great!
  • Bathrooms are notoriously hard to decorate. Consider placing a plant on the counter or window sill. It will bring a much needed texture to the room and will clean the air for you.
  • Any plant can be put in a kitchen, but if you live in an area that grows citrus, why not put a small citrus tree in your kitchen?  Citrus any time you want!
  • Herb gardens can also be useful. You can even hang them on the wall now.
  • Cut flowers can be placed anywhere - (nightstand, bookshelf, desk, end table, tv stand, table, coffee table, back of the toilet, bathroom vanity, kitchen counter, etc.)
  • Hanging plants can really go anywhere, but work best in the kitchen or your sunroom.
